Quality at all levels
Our commitment to quality has been paramount to meeting – and indeed exceeding – the high standards our clients have come to expect over the decades since our founding in 1972. An ethos of consistent performance, continual improvement and ‘quality at all levels’ is evidenced by our high customer retention: many of which have been Complete Weed Control clients for years, even decades.
CWC maintains ISO 9001 accreditation orchestrated and monitored by the Quality Officer based at our County Durham Headquarters.
BASIS Amenity Assured
The Amenity Assured Scheme has been developed by key UK bodies which have the responsibility to address the concerns of government, local authorities and many other amenity organisations regarding amenity weed control.
The Amenity Assured Scheme is also endorsed by the Chemicals Regulation Division, the Environment Agency, the Amenity Forum and the Crop Protection Association. It is also supported by the Local Government Association where pesticide application is deemed the most appropriate course of action in context of local authority applications.
Complete Weed Control is an early adopter of the Amenity Assured Standard, and all CWC regional offices are subject to annual audits for adherence to the strict benchmarks set by the scheme.
Health & Safety
All regional offices have access to a comprehensive document library containing all health and safety documentation from risk assessments and method statements to COSHH assessments, toolbox talks and other related H&S documentation. Northern Safety Limited, our expert consultants have full access to the library, allowing swift document drafting, review and revision at the request of our regional offices.
All our operatives receive nationally recognised NPTC training to ensure only legally approved products are used and at the correct dosage rates.
Our commitment to health and safety is evidenced by our exceptional performance – there have been no RIDDOR reportable accidents in the last 3 years nationwide.
