About Us
The City Property Group delivers a range of services, including the ownership and management of 1800 commercial assets and the provision of property services to Glasgow City Council and ALEOs.
City Property (Glasgow) LLP (CPG) was established on 1st October 2009 and provides:
The management, development and disposal of the Council’s non-operational surplus land and property assets
A property management service to the Council in the areas of valuation, technical services, insurance and asbestos
Strategic property management advice to the Council and other ALEOs
Project management and monitoring of property related projects to the Council and other ALEOs, and
The management of the open markets across the city
All staff are employed by CPG and it is responsible for the delivery of the corporate services that are necessary for the effective management and operation of the Group. These include Business and Governance, Finance, HR and Procurement.
