Customer Success Manager

Location: Glasgow, G4 9TG (Free onsite parking / 10-minute walk from Glasgow City Centre)
Salary: £25K – £32K per annum, DOE
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Customer Success Manager – The Role:

As a business, our unique selling point is our solution and our experienced and dedicated Customer Success team, this is where you come in!

We are looking to bolster our team with an excellent candidate with previous experience in either recruitment or HR, with some fresh ideas and a willingness to help – This is not a sales role!

You will join our team on a full-time basis, working to support our Customer Success team as they work through their daily recruitment tasks, these include:

  • Screening candidates for suitability, making use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare advert drafts from customers.
  • Headhunting, sourcing and selecting candidates from a variety of CV Databases.
  • Assist team members with their daily tasks.
  • Report generation.

In order to be successful in this role you should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer success or administrative role; in a recruitment / HR office environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programmes – Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
